Ingredients:

pork chops
chicken Wings
large eggs
day old rice

Boiling the pork chop and chicken wings:
2-3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black peppercorns
2-3 bay leaves
1/2 head garlic, crushed
1 medium size onion, quartered
chicken powder, optional
1 small bundle kinchay, chopped
1 small bundle spring onion, chopped

Frying the pork chops and chicken wings:
cooking oil

Fried rice:
salt to taste
1/2 head garlic, coarsely chopped, add some skins

Vinegar Dip:
white vinegar
fish sauce
crushed garlic
chopped onions
red hot chilies
hot sauce
