EASY BIBINGKA RECIPE │ BUKO CHEESE, UBE CHEESE
and TRADITIONAL SALTED EGG CHEESE

Today’s holyday celebration Pinoy food is my version of EASY BIBINGKA RECIPE│BUKO CHEESE, UBE CHEESE and TRADITIONAL SALTED EGG CHEESE.

Ingredient, quantities and cooking method of the traditional bibingka has now become standard.

The only variation now is how it is preferred or with the addition of non-traditional ingredients.

I am sharing my version, should you are looking for some variations for your bibingka.

Ingredients:

To make 10 medium size bibingka  (Bibingka Mould #6)

2 1/2 cups rice flour or al purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
400ml pure coconut milk
1 cup water
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
