Sago Pearl cooked as per package instructions Assorted color and flavor Mr. Gulaman 150g sachet Cook as per package instruction Firmer gulaman jelly, use 4 - 4 1/2 cups of water to 1 250g sachet Keep the ratio if making smaller quantity 1/2 to 1 kilo brown raw sugar for arnibal syrup, or quantity of sugar according to preferred sweetness. all ingredients should be chilled before serving

Cooking procedure of both are similar, on the first dish it was a mixture of chicken and pork. Both versions are cooked adobo with out soy sauce.
