Canned Meatloaf Burger with Mushroom Sauce, Budget Meal Canned Meatloaf Burger Patty I was curious of the idea that canned meatloaf can be made into burger patty. I have seen several video using canned Argentina Meatloaf to make burger but the resultant fatties looks more of a maruya than a burger. Initially I was planning to use the Maling Canned Meatloaf, but I thought this burger should be a super budget meal, so I ended using the Argentina Canned Meatloaf. I am not expecting that this burger will taste as a real meat burger or will smell as “Langhap Sarap” for the reason that canned meatloafs are full of preservatives and nitrates, which usually overwhelmed the supposed beef or meat flavors as per product descriptions. I do not think canned meatloafs contained substantial amount real meat, especially the very cheap brands, most likely it may not even contain any meat at all. Pork Feet with Mushroom and black Bean Sauce, Lutong Pinoy The cooking may look intimidating but do not worry there are no hard rules. The cooking procedure is straight forward braising method. The only setback is the cooking time, it is about 2 hours plus. The pork feet has to be soft like jell, to enjoy a tender melt in your mouth pork feet fats and tendons. Enjoy.
