1 bundle okra, tips and stem remove, sliced diagonally
2 medium size eggplant, slit half, cut into wedges
2 medium size ampalaya, seeded, slit half, cut into wedges
cooking oil
patis

Cooking procedure:

In a sauce pan, sauté garlic, ginger, onion and tomato. Add beef and stir cook for 2-3 minutes or until meat turns to golden brown. Add 1-2 cups of water let boil and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Add in vegetables and bagoong alamang. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are half cooked. Season with patis if necessary cook for another minute. Serve immediately.
