  6. Great recipe. Just tried it. I'll say don't add the chicken cubes until you tasted it first. Becomes too salty if you don't.

  7. Yeah, this confirms that the secret to getting the feet nice and fluffy is to soak it in cold water after frying or boiling. That trick was shared by a chinese friend but I had doubts. Great recipe!

  11. Hi anonymous, sorry for the inconvenience. I found out what went wrong, my mistake, the problem was the recipe was not written in details.

Here are the two thing that should have been mentioned.
    1) Drain and rinse the tausi
    2) Discard the marinade

So for the sauce of one kilo of chicken feet will be made up of:
    1/4 cup of soy sauce
    1/2 cup oyster sauce
    2 bullions
    and some salt if required

Thanks for your feedback, if not for it I would not have learned the error. Unlucky for the other sites that have copied the recipe word for word.

I have now rectified the errors.

and thoroughly. But it is too salty to be consume
even I drained and rinsed the tausi. And its very black
    which speaks for its saltiness.
