Ginisang Sotanghon with Sardinas

Ginisang Sotanghon with Sardinas
Ginisang Sotanghon with Sardinas. Canned sardines and noodles are the two Pinoy food that we never forget to buy whenever we visit an Asian or Pinoy Food Store while overseas, for the reasons that canned sardines are cheap, are easy to prepare, it can be eaten as vian as it is, straight from the can, and canned sardines are versatile that it can be cooked with anything.

On the other hand we buy noodles for the reason that we always crave pansit, we or most OFW cooked pansit on weekends, Sundays or Fridays, and then we invite our friend for get-together dinner or lunch. Or perhaps someone is celebrating his birthday, or the birthday of one of his or her kids back in the Philippines.

It is not unusual to cook noodles with sardines we cook them together all the time in different forms. In fact we have some sardine and noodles posted before, click the list link below to check them out.
