Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style
Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style. We do have already posted a Pinoy Burger Steak in the archives, that Burger Steak was however uses real ground Australian beef and Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Condense Soup for the gravy, premium  ingredient for our premium version of the Pinoy Burger Steak.

Today I would like to share an affordable version of the Pinoy Burger Steak, our Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style. As the name suggest our beef patty for our burger I the popular Ulam Burger, I am not too sure of how much beef on those Ulam Burger Patties buy they do smell good and also taste good to most Pinoy

To try what it is in a Jollibee’s, I personally tried their Burger Steak Meals on several occasions and believe me the Ulam Burger taste distinctly similar to that of Jollibee’s. For the gravy of our Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style, I used Knorr’s Cream of Mushroom powder mix.
Here is the recipe on my Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style, try it.

Ulam Burger, Pinoy Burger Steak Style - Ingredients

24 pieces Ulam Burger beef patty
1 sachet 70g Knorr Cream of Mushroom powder mix
1 large can, canned cooked whole button mushroom, sliced
1 small size onion, peeled, chopped
2 gloves garlic, peeled, chopped
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper

cooking oil

For the side dish:

cooked fried rice
fried egg
fried garlic

Cooking procedure:

In a frying pan heat the cooking oil, pan fry the Ulam Burger beef patty in batches  for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, because the patties are thin they burn quickly do not over fry and keep aside. In a bowl mix 3 to 4 cups of water and the Cream of Mushroom powder mix, then mix in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, keep aside. In a medium size sauce pan sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, then add in the mushroom and continue to stir cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Now add in the Cream of Mushroom mix. Bring to a boil and cook over low to moderate heat, stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes. To serve arrange the fried burger patty in a platter with fried rice and fried egg. Pour over the sauce on top of the burger patty and garnish with fried garlic, serve immediately.
